The NeverRust Legal binding Warranty:  – A natural Lifetime on rust, corrosion, dents or any manufacturer defects.

“In plain English” The Neverrust parts will outlast the truck or jeep that there installed on or we will refund your purchased price and you can keep the parts there on us, No questions asked.

(This replacement warranty is also transferable to any individual that may purchase the truck or jeep with the Neverrust panels on it.) wow who does that?

 1. Your information is never sold or shared in any way to any Person, Business or other. We never share your information, Never. We use your information to fulfill your order and that’s it. We may use you email address to send you offers from us NEVERRUST about our new Composite Truck Panels but we will never share your email or information of any with any business or party or person or government agency..

Who we are:  NeverRust is a Custom build manufacturer, trademark and patent holder of OEM Quality and Neverrust Composite Automotive restoration parts and panels.

Neverrust Part Guarantee :  Fit, Quality and Professional Craftsmanship. These are Premium Quality parts or your money back. These are not Covers or Caps or slide on parts “They are direct fit Replacements.”

Cancellation Policy

We continually update our processes to streamline order processing in an effort to ship parts as quickly as possible. If you place an order and then would like to cancel it, please call us at 269-259-5562 or 269-262-1100. We will do our best to cancel and completely refund orders cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Please keep in mind that our office is closed on weekends, so please leave a message and we will call you back the following business day. Cancellation requests made after the initial 48 hour window may incur a restock fee if the parts are have already started the manufacturing process and/or awaiting carrier pickup.

Return and Refund Policy

Simple, return the product within 30 days and we will refund your funds, depending on the bank it normally takes around 3 to 14 days for the whole process to complete. Do you guys have a restocking fee?: yes, there is a 20% restocking fee. All parts are made by order by skilled craftsman and a large portion of that part is their income . The parts are manufactured by Make, model, year and color at the time of order or after, Please make sure you understand these Truck parts are Direct fit O.E.M quality “Replacement” parts NOT covers or caps.We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our merchandise and service. In the event that you need to return an item, please observe the following guidelines:

  1. You must call (269) 262-1100 or text (269) 259-5562 for return authorization – returns will not be accepted unless you call us or TEXT us prior to returning the item. When calling, please have your order number ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
  2. Our items are Manufactured by us to order, if returned, it will be your responsibility to have the item shipped from our location to the correct return address.
  3. Return authorizations must be issued within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item(s), and returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of the return authorization date. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box prior to returning. All items returned must be in new, unused and unopened condition. Items returned to us AFTER the return authorization window will NOT be refunded.
  4. Unless an item has been shipped in error by us, or is defective, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Other fees may also apply based solely on our discretion and on individual circumstances. No refunds will be given on shipping unless the return is due to our error or to damage.
  5. Returns must be sent freight carrier prepaid. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
  6. Please package your return carefully and insure your shipment. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that are damaged. If the items arrive damaged, we will inform you so that you can file a claim with your carrier.
  7. We do not accept returns on the consumable products that we sell (for example, paint, adhesive, seam sealer, undercoating, etc.).
  8. Unless proven to be defective, we do not accept returns on certain special order products that we sell (for example, paint shakers, seat covers, yardage cut-to-order, embroidered items, etc.).

Merchandise that has been altered, shows signs of installation, is torn, marked, soiled or glued, or is not in its original packaging or new condition will not be accepted for return – No exceptions. Please be sure the item works for your application before you alter it – if you alter it, it’s yours.

  1. If you have made a return, please allow 1-2 credit card billing cycles for your refund to appear.
  2. As stated above, please keep in mind that “if we offer free shipping” doesn’t mean that the carriers do the same. If you return an item(s) that qualified for Free Shipping, the original shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from your refund. For example, you ordered $200 worth of product and received Free Shipping. You return all products that you ordered. Your refund will be $200-(actual shipping charges).

Restock Fee

As stated above, a restocking fee of 20% may be charged. Please remember that honesty is the fastest and best policy, and we are people too! We must pay our professional craftsman for laminating and building your Composite Products If an item is being returned to our primary location, and a replacement item is ordered, we typically waive the restock fee.  We may also charge a restock fee if a customer is aggressive, harasse and/or calls us repeatedly or excessively If you call and don’t get to speak with anyone, please just leave a message and we’ll call you back promptly. We are not avoiding you. We’re probably just short handed and most of the time we are, or we may be talking with other customers. Generally, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee for any reason stated above, or any reason not stated above, but just be reasonable and we’ll try to work with you.

# Any pre-orders or custom parts from New molds or patterns and New mold work being made or work in progress will be sent normally within 3 to 5 weeks before released to the general public. Simply meaning, We will care for those first that have pre ordered, Thank you so very much for that it helps us to build more high quality products and make more molds for New Products. Refunds on per-orders are always available at anytime you can change your mind and receive your refund, a 3 to 6 percent fee from the bank will be charged on future parts.

Shipping times and costs: We are a Custom build manufacturer 85 percent of our products are hand made by a Top paid professional automotive Lamination technicians, as you may order your parts in colors of choice, however, standard shipping is 3 to 9 days after order but in a busy seasons spring and summer we tend to ask for up to 10 days. if your item was shipped and received, within the lower 48 states shipping is not a refundable item because it is discounted at a high rate. If you have a rush item that you need next day or within 3 days please call us and we will accommodate you the best we can. if the product has been shipped then the Shipping is not refundable, sorry.
